Mike finishes almost every project that we work on together. India: A lot of the background concept art and the final execution was handled by Mike. I wear a few hats when it comes to Knights projects. But my main interest and passion is in colour. Pat also steps in sometimes to help us creatively. India: Yeah, he did some effects for the intro of Markiplier’s character, the necromancer, as well as generally acting as a producer and handling the client relations side. And every now and then I might hop in, do an effect here or there. I sort of take a lot of the administrative things. I was mostly doing what I usually do when India is directing a project for Knights : I handle client relations, I make sure everybody has licenses, I do scheduling. Patrick: I would say that India was a big force in terms of the creative direction of Mystic Crystal. But mostly it was managing the team, making sure they had what they needed, checking over the files coming in, and just trying to keep things moving in the right direction. I took on a lot of the creative side as well in terms of doing some rough animation. How would you describe your role in The Mystic Crystal and what did a typical day in production look like for you?
